SHIPPING POLICY
Australian Orders
Free Shipping: All orders within Australia ship free via Australia Post Express or courier.
Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: Provided via email upon dispatch.
All prices include GST. Watches ship from our Australian location.
International Orders (Rest of World)
Free Shipping: All international orders ship free via DHL Express or equivalent.
Delivery Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: Provided via email upon dispatch.
Import Duties & Taxes:
International orders (outside Australia) are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:
- You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, clearance fees, or brokerage charges
- These fees are set by your country's customs authority and must be paid upon delivery
- We cannot estimate these fees in advance — contact your local customs office for guidance
- We cannot refund customs duties if you return your watch
Tax ID Requirements:
Customs officials in some countries may request your Tax ID or Social Security Number for clearance. This is a legal requirement we cannot override. If requested, you must provide this information to receive your shipment.
Order Changes
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address or order details. If you need to make changes, contact us at info@bausele.com before dispatch.
If your order has already shipped and you no longer require it, you may refuse delivery. Once the watch is returned to us, we will process a refund minus return shipping fees.
