RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Made-to-Order Watches

All Bausele watches are made to order. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Pre-Production Cancellations:
If your order has not yet entered production (i.e., the drop window is still open or production has not begun), you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@bausele.com.

Change of Mind Returns

Within 14 days of receiving your watch, you may return it for a refund if:

  • The watch is in perfect, unworn condition
  • All protective packaging remains intact and unused
  • The watch shows no signs of wear, handling, or bracelet/strap adjustment
  • All original packaging, papers, and accessories are included

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@bausele.com to request a return
  2. We will provide return instructions and address
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs
  4. Upon inspection, we will process your refund minus return shipping fees

Return Shipping Fees Deducted from Refund:

  • Australia: AU$20
  • USA: AU$80
  • Rest of World: AU$80

Partial Refunds:
If the watch or strap is returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to cover replacement costs.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

What We Cannot Accept for Return

❌ Watches showing any signs of wear or use
❌ Bespoke or custom-commissioned watches
❌ Watches with adjusted bracelets or straps (unless professionally re-sized by us)
❌ Watches returned without original packaging

Customs Duties

We cannot refund customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees paid by you. If we incur duties or fees on your return, these will be deducted from your refund.
