Each dial colour is inspired by a unique Australian landscape and each watch carries a physical piece of Australia sealed in the crown chamber.

The Bausele Elemental is hand-built on a made-to-order basis and ships 12-15 weeks after orders are placed.

Bausele ships worldwide via UPS or DHL. Once your order is ready to ship you can expect an email from us and the courier directly with tracking and delivery information.

Shipping is free of charge for all watch orders.

In Australia, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST. For international orders, taxes and customs duties are not included in the listed prices. You may be required to pay local import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your countries regulations. These charges, if applicable, will be collected by our shipping partner (DHL or equivalent) on behalf of your local customs authorities before delivery. Please note: due to recent changes in U.S. import tax policy, shipments from Australia to the United States are generally subject to a 10% import tax. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine the exact amount of any import duties or local taxes in advance, and recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate.

  • Why does my watch take 12–15 weeks?

    Because yours doesn't exist yet when you order it. We place components with our suppliers based on confirmed orders only: Swiss movement, sand ripple dial, case, bracelet, every part made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. It takes longer, but you get a watch built specifically for you, not one pulled off a shelf.

  • What is your refund policy for made-to-order watches?

    We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, before production begins. Once your components have been ordered with our suppliers, we're unable to offer a refund but we can transfer your order to a different Elemental variant. If your watch arrives and something isn't right, we'll make it right. Reply to any email and it comes straight to Christo.

  • How do I know my watch will actually arrive?

    We've been making watches to order since 2011. We've built commemorative pieces for the Australian Defence Force, the Sydney Opera House, and Harvard Business School. The Elemental is our most refined watch yet. Every order is tracked personally and you'll receive updates at every milestone of your build.
