We hear this every day. If you've arrived here expecting to buy a watch right now, we understand the confusion and we want to explain why this works differently, and why it's actually better for you.

    Bausele watches are not mass-produced. We don't manufacture thousands of units and stack them in a warehouse. There's no warehouse, no stack of unsold stock waiting to be discounted. Each watch is made to order, when the order window closes, production stops. What's ordered is what gets built. No backorders, no restocks.

  • DROPS OPEN FOR A SHORT WINDOW.

    When a new drop opens, you have a limited time to place your order. Once the window closes, we go into production. Your watch is then built, tested, and shipped to you — typically within 12–15 weeks. This is how we guarantee the quality that a mass-produced watch simply cannot match.

  • THE NEXT MADE TO ORDER PERIOD WON'T OFFER THIS WATCH.

    Each drop introduces a new dial, new colour, new story. We don't repeat editions. If you love what you see today and decide to wait, it won't be available next time. The design you're looking at right now only exists in this window, in this quantity, at this price.

How long does it take to receive my watch?

Once a drop closes, production begins. Delivery is typically 12-15 weeks from the close of the drop window. You'll receive tracking updates throughout.

Can I cancel after the drop closes?

Because your watch is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept cancellations once production begins. Please review your order carefully before the window closes.

Will the same design ever come back?

No. Each drop is a one-time edition. Once it's gone, it doesn't return. This is what makes each Bausele genuinely limited — not limited in name only.

Why does the price go up each drop?

The price reflects real cost drivers — Swiss franc appreciation, movement supplier increases, and the growing complexity of our designs. Early buyers always get the best value.

What's in the Crown Chamber?
