Christophe's Beginning

Before Bausele, there was basketball; Professional leagues in France. Then finance, PwC auditor in Luxembourg and consultant in Switzerland, CFO roles in Geneva and La Chaux-de-Fonds. The watch industry pulled him in, but he never felt like he belonged in the corporate machine.

In 2010, Christophe left it all behind and moved to Sydney with his family. No plan, just a conviction that if he was going to build something it had to be on his own terms.

Australia gave him space to think differently. The ocean, the light, the distance from everything he'd known. Watches were the medium, but the real project was building with soul, something that carried a physical piece of this place that matters most to him.

Bausele wasn't born in a boardroom, it was born on early morning swims at Manly Beach.

Bausele is the official timekeeper for the Bathurst 12 Hour endurance race and watch supplier to the Royal Australian Air Force. 

Bausele supplies watches to the Royal Australian Regiment, Royal Australian Army Education Corps specialised military units.

We assemble and test every watch by hand, and only after meeting our quality standards will you find your Elemental on your wrist.

Bausele is the product of 25 years in the watch industry and 16 years in Australia. The perfect marriage of Swiss precision and Australian soul.
