SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. As soon as your order has been despatched you will receive notification with your tracking number
DELIVERY WITHIN USA: We ship with UPS and the delivery time is usually 3 – 5 business days (excluding public holidays)
DELIVERY OUTSIDE USA: We ship to all countries worldwide using UPS Express which is a fully tracked door to door service. Delivery times are usually within 7 business days (excluding public holidays).
TAXES
When purchasing your watch for export, your local duties will be collected by the transporter before delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
You can return any BAUSELE product up to 14 days after receiving delivery should it be not suitable. Simply lodge a return request by clicking HERE and our support team will then assist you with your return. Please note you will have to arrange and pay the cost of the postage back to us.
We recommend using a fully tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches us. Once we receive your returned item a refund will be processed for the amount of that item paid to us less any taxes and duties paid as these are non-recoverable. If the returned watch is found not to be in original condition we will refund you this amount less any costs required to refurbish the watch to original condition.

ELEMENT IN THE CROWN
the crown is filled with natural American soil – visible through the transparent crown cap – from military forts throughout the United States. Integrating this distinctive BAUSELE feature into a design that met the stringent MIL-W-46374F specifications was a challenge, but thankfully not an impossible one.
SANDBLASTED BLACK IP CASE
This sandblasted IP case features the classic Bausele hollow crown filled with soil from US military forts and a double-domed sapphire crystal. Sapphire is second only to the diamond in hardness, helping protect the watch from scratches.
